Property Name: font-style

Possible values directly from the standard:

normal, italic, oblique, inherit

Property Description:

Specifies whether the text within the element is 'italic-like' or not. For the most part, both the italic value and the oblique value will generally produce the same result, depending on the font. Some fonts specifically require the oblique value in order for the text to appear 'Inclined', so make sure to check what effect each value has on your font.

Example:

.slanted { font-style: italic; }
