Property Description:

This is a potitioning property. See also bottom, right, and left. When the element is absolutely positioned, this property will specify the vertical offset for the top edge of the element's containment block. For relatively positioned elements, this property will specify the offset of where the box will appear normally in the document. Positive values, in this property, offset the object downward (+Y within window coordinates), while negative values will offset it upward (-Y within window coordinates).


Example:
