What do the specifications mean? |
The Navbar, Header, and Download Type require some expanding on.
The Navbar is usually the vertical bar where you would place your website's links.
In the case of these designs, it can be Expandable, Resizeable, or
Fixed. Resizeable
and Fixed mean what they imply -- the former can be resized as a whole in a graphics
program, while the latter is usually better left in the size that it's in (nothing's
impossible, but the fixed ones won't be easy to enlarge).
Expandable Navbars are usually
designed in a way that allow you to chop them up horizontally, again, in a 2D editing
program, and expand them as much as you like. Headers can either be
Attached to the Navbar or Detached from it. In case it's Detached, it can also be easily used as a
separate component, like a large button or heading.
There are 4 types of Download
Types. All designs allow you to download a flat (that is to say, single-layered) .TIFF
file of them, and almost all allow you to download a multi-layered .PSD version as well.
Many designs are downloadable as Sliced-HTML form, which means you can download a .Zip
file which contains all the images that make up the design, and the HTML that contains
them. Of these, some are attached to an automated link generator that allows you to enter
the links you would like placed on the Navbar, and then provides you with the entire design,
ready-for-action.
